3) The concession contract must be concluded at least on the 10 years / 12 years / 15 years / 20 years
4) The concession must state that we can install smart asset applications for revenue generation, including advertising, branding, Wi-Fi, etc.
5) We owns the properties and all Smart IoT technologies for the duration of the concession
6) After signing the contract, we will establish a local SPV in the country a we will set up our local office for the project management and sales and advertising management
